Learn More   What Is Judaism

 [Rabbi Schorsch and Larry Josephson]
Rabbi Ismar Schorsch(L) talks
with Host Larry Josephson (R)
"What Is Judaism?" is an exploration of the essential nature of Judaism, its beliefs, history, rituals and culture. The programs take the form of a conversation between Host Larry Josephson, a secular Jew with little knowledge of the religion of his grandparents, and Rabbi Ismar Schorsch, Chancellor Emeritus of the Jewish Theological Seminary. As a direct result of these conversations, Larry has joined a synagogue for the first time since his Bar Mitzvah.
